Next summer our annual trip to the Tour de France will take us to the Southern Alps. This trip will incorporate many of the climbs we follow on our Geneva to Nice (Raid Alpine) tour and using some superb alpine hotels.
We start the tour at our chalet in Courchevel and will return at the end of the week. During the week we will cross the Iseran, Col de Mont Cenis into Italy, Col de Montgenevre, Col d’Izoard and the might Galibier!
There will be 2 days at the Tour including the stage finish in Barcelonnette and watching the race at it’s highest point on the Cime de Bonnette. (2800m)
